Now you can add a new site to the "add site:" box which you wish to submit a Sitemap for. Now type in the website address of the website you are submitting a Sitemap for, in the box provided. Have a look at example below which I have Highlighted...

If you notice there are 4 Main Tabs named Diagnostics, Statistics, Links and Sitemaps. The page shown above is showing information from the Diagnostic Tab. There is also a bit more information about your website, where the two green ticks are, Google last successfully Accessed your home page on APR 25th, 2007 and pages from your website have been indexed. We will now click on the Sitemap Tag, and a new page appears that looks like this...
Now click on the Link that says, "Add a Sitemap". You will be taken to another page that looks like this...
select General Web Sitemap from the pull down menu... and a new page will appear...all you have to do is to fill in the exact web address of the sitemap that you have just made and uploaded to your website.
Once you have filled in the box the exact location of your sitemap, click on "Add Web Sitemap" Button... and a new page will appear, the details of the sitemap will not show straight away, so check back in a few hours time. WELL DONE YOU HAVE JUST SUBMITTED A PROFESSIONAL GOOGLE SITEMAP TO GOOGLE !!! PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS RESUBMIT TO GOOGLE WHEN YOU ADD NEW PAGES TO YOUR WEBSITE.
